Mobility and Labour Relations in Times of Pandemic
Conversations about Kurdistan and Palestine is a series of online workshops that aims to collectively think about past and present transformations of rurality, and rural spaces and lives in these regions.
The series focuses on three main axes: rural livelihoods, work and mobility; land politics, food and ecology; rural economy, agriculture and land values. Every month two speakers offer an insight on rural Palestine and Kurdistan and highlight the challenges and potentialities opened up by the current conjecture. Presentations are followed by an open discussion with participants.
In the second session of this online series, we will discuss about MOBILITY AND LABOUR RELATIONS IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC with:
Rafeef Ziadah, SOAS University of London
Deniz Duruiz, Northwestern University
The event will be chaired by Stéphanie Latte Abdallah, Sciences Po – CERI.
These are organized in collaboration between Sciences Po-CERI, the University of Exeter and the Université Libre of Brussels.
